Arizona Speech-Language Pathologist License Reciprocity Process
The Department issues temporary licenses to individuals who have applied for permanent licensure in Arizona and hold an active, unrestricted license in another jurisdiction. Licenses granted under these circumstances are only good for 30 days, or until a licensure decision is reached by the Department; whichever comes first. The application fee of $100 is nonrefundable, and there is also a licensing fee of $200.
