Wyoming Speech-Language Pathology Assistant License Renewal Procedure

The expiration date for a speech pathology assistant license is December 31st, following its issuance. You will receive notice of your license’s expiration at least 30 days before its expiration date, which will be sent to your recorded address. You must receive a renewal notice to ensure you meet the renewal requirements.

To renew your certification each year, it is required that you fulfill a 1.2 Continuing Education Units (equivalent to 12 contact hours) requirement, as certified by the Board of Examiners of Speech-Language Pathology & Audiology.

If an active or inactive license is not renewed by its expiration date, it will be classified as delinquent. A delinquent licensee who fails to renew their license before the current licensure cycle expires will have their license null and void without any action from the Wyoming Board of Examiners of Speech-Language Pathology and Audiology.

To apply for renewal of your speech-language pathology assistant license in Wyoming, you must submit a renewal application and a non-refundable fee of $50. The renewal form will require you to provide specific details.
